and ensuring a positive candidate experienceYou'll provide administrative support across a variety of Human Resources initiatives and day-to-day operationsYou'll coordinate invoices and support general financial administration for the People & Culture teamYou'll assist with project coordination by working closely with Executive Assistants and internal stakeholders on team initiativesYou'll respond to or coordinate responses to general employee inquiries, ensuring questions are directed to the appropriate resourcesYou'll maintain accurate records and perform data entry within HR systems while following established procedures and documentationYou'll proactively support a busy team by identifying priorities, following up on outstanding tasks, and contributing to continuous process improvementsSkills and Qualifications1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a related administrative support roleExperience coordinating interviews, calendars, or recruitment activities is considered an assetStrong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach when interacting with candidates and employeesStrong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and documentationProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TeamsExperience using an HRIS such as Dayforce is considered an asset but is not requiredSelf-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentNote from the Hiring Manager"We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, takes initiative, and is excited to support both HR and recruitment activities.
