As a key leader in a successful roofing contractor with over 98 years of industry experience, you will supervise roofing foremen and manage field operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing productions, adhering to budgets, and ensuring a safe work environment through enforced policies and inspections. You will also communicate effectively with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and property managers while guiding your team with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise all commercial roofing field operations • Ensure safety rules and policies are followed at job sites • Communicate effectively with architects and engineers • Manage job site crises and unforeseen issues • Oversee material and equipment scheduling with management

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in commercial flat roofing supervision • Solid communication and detail-oriented skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract • Proficient in MS Office applications • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
