- Manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 250 employees across Canada.- Verify accuracy of data related to hours worked, absences, vacation, leaves, premiums, deductions and personnel movements.- Process complete payrolls on a weekly basis (factory) and biweekly/monthly basis for managers and office staff.- Process payroll using Employeur D (Desjardins) and record accounting entries in Synerion.- Ensure payroll governance, compliance and internal controls in accordance with collective bargaining agreements.- Administer enrollments in group insurance plans, pension plans and RRSPs.- Produce year-end tax slips (T4 and Relevé 1).- Complete the annual wage declaration to the CNESST and perform required follow-ups.- Serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries.- Work closely with HR and accounting teams.- Receive personalized support from the current incumbent to facilitate the transition.- Reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of payroll management experience.DEC in administration,
