Reporting to the CEO and President, this role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and support the adoption of technology, automation, and AI across the organization.This role goes beyond traditional project management. The Director, Operations Transformation will be responsible for diagnosing operational challenges, designing future-state processes, leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, and ensuring improvements are implemented successfully and sustained over time.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, building structure, and helping teams improve how work gets done.Working closely with leaders across Sales, Credit Operations, QA, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology, this individual will play a key role in helping Highclere scale effectively while improving service, efficiency, and overall business performance.Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Diagnostics & Process ImprovementLead operational reviews to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvementAssess current workflows and design future-state processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalabilityIdentify opportunities to leverage automation, AI,



and technology solutions to improve business processesDevelop business cases and recommendations to support operational improvements and investment decisionsLead high-impact transformation initiatives across multiple business areasDevelop and maintain a transformation roadmap aligned with company priorities and long-term growth objectivesIdentify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities based on business impact, risk, scalability, and efficiencyProvide strategic oversight and direction to transformation initiatives while partnering with project managers and business leaders on executionRemove barriers, influence decision-making, and maintain momentum across transformation initiativesChange Management & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a change leader by supporting the adoption of new processes, systems, and operating modelsPartner with senior leaders across the organization to ensure initiatives align with business needs and prioritiesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment, accountability, and buy-inSupport the development of change management, communication, and training plans as requiredGovernance & Business PerformanceEstablish governance frameworks, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms for transformation initiativesMonitor the impact of implemented changes and ensure improvements are sustainable over timePrepare presentations, business updates, and recommendations for executive leadershipEnsure transformation initiatives align with regulatory expectations, risk considerations, and business prioritiesProvide executive-level visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomesLead, mentor, and develop transformation team members and other resources as applicableFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborationSupport the development of internal capabilities related to operational excellence, change management,
