Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
Duties:
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety guidelines
Operate POS systems to process orders and payments
Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space
Assist in food preparation as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
Ability to work well in a team environment
Robust communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
