Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a comprehensive donor stewardship program
Implement creative recognition tactics for improved donor engagement
Collaborate on donor communications and stewardship collateral




Plan impactful donor cultivation events and initiatives
Ensure meticulous donor record maintenance and reporting

Requirements:
Degree in fundraising management or a similar field
Minimum five years in donor relations or capital campaigns
Experience in health care philanthropy is an asset
Proven track record of strategic donor engagement
Excellent leadership and operational skills
