Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic front of house members to join our team! As a FOH team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.




Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive prompt attention.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Robust communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to serving and hospitality.

Pay: $18.25 per hour
