Responsibilities
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously while practicing excellent phone etiquette.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling incoming inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and supporting clients or patients in person or over the phone.




Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all front desk equipment is functioning properly.
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall office efficiency.

Requirements
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
Robust data entry skills with high accuracy; ability to proofread documents carefully.
Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
