We are looking for a responsible, independent, and dedicated Full time Farm Worker to join our small animal rescue farm team.

Our farm has a friendly, close-knit atmosphere where we value not only valuable work, but also kindness, patience, compassion, and building a genuine connection with the animals.

Because we are a rescue farm, many of the animals have their own stories and individual needs, so a caring and respectful approach is especially significant.

Duties include:
Cleaning and maintaining animal stalls and living areas
Field and general farm maintenance
Feeding and caring for the animals
Monitoring animals and noticing changes in their behaviour or condition
Building trust and a positive relationship with the animals
Helping with hay deliveries and other farm tasks
Being available when emergencies arise

Schedule:
4 days per week
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Additional availability is required for hay delivery days and emergencies.

Responsible, reliable, and punctual
Able to work independently and take initiative
Hard-working and dedicated
Comfortable with physical farm work and working outdoors in different weather conditions
Patient, compassionate, and respectful toward animals
A sober and responsible lifestyle is required, as the safety and well-being of the animals depend on having a reliable team member who is fully present and dependable.

Starting wage: $20/hour
