Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing clear information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Respond promptly to guest needs and concerns, resolving issues with enthusiasm and professionalism
Provide concierge services such as booking transportation, dining reservations, or sightseeing tours
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping,
maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles; hotel experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and efficiently
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and qualified in busy situations while delivering exceptional service
