Job Description: Barista

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffees and teas
Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink recipes
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail




Good communication skills and well spoken English to effectively interact with customers and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
