Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at PostNet, I provide friendly and efficient service to customers with a wide range of needs, including shipping, printing, and business services. I assist clients in selecting the best shipping options, preparing packages, and ensuring accurate documentation for domestic and international deliveries.

I handle printing and design requests, helping customers with business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials while ensuring high-quality results and quick turnaround times. I also manage mailbox services, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail securely.

In addition, I process transactions, maintain organized records, and ensure the store remains clean and well-stocked. I focus on building robust customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive in-store experience.

Experience
