Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty beverages
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely




Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support smooth service flow

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience in food handling and food service is highly valued
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of serving techniques, barista experience is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
Understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
Hospitality background that demonstrates professionalism and adaptability
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, beverage mixing, and customer engagement
