Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and effective Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed to support team operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas,



service stations, and workstations in compliance with sanitation standards

Requirements
Knowledge of KOREAN food or even Familiar with KOREAN cuisine
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to perform basic math for order entry, billing, and cash handling
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Basic understanding of food industry operations, serving techniques, and hospitality standards
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism
