We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Preferred Collision Kingston. The CSR plays a vital role in the customer experience by managing front office operations, assisting clients throughout the repair process, ensuring accurate documentation and communication between customers, estimators, technicians, and insurance providers.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist customers with scheduling appointments and explaining the repair process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in-person, ensuring a positive experience.
Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer care.
Responsible for the collection and processing of payments.
Responsible for communicating with insurance companies regarding vehicle repair status.
Monitor repair estimate files for approval.
Other duties as required.

Requirements
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.




Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with administrative experience.
Proficient in various data entry processes and software applications, with a robust ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid G Driver's License
