We are looking for a talented and versatile candidate to fill our Foreman role. We are a full scale renovation company that has built our name on quality and integrity. All of our work comes from referrals or repeat customers, we are consistently working. Never too busy, never slow. All of our projects are exciting, challenging and fulfilling. We are creative and never accept defeat.

The candidate we are looking for must be VERSATILE with at least 10 years experience in renovations, minimum 3 years in a management role and references to back it up.

It is an absolute necessity you're capable of reading blueprints/plans/elevations and are familiar with construction management software, building codes & bylaws.

Jobs you will perform:
Framing/Structural Carpentry
Drywall Install
Wood Working/Custom Cabinetry
Finish Carpentry




Tile Install/Water Proof Systems
Railings & Stair Installs
Management of an experienced 3 person crew
Following Project Scopes & day to day directives

Requirements:
Red Seal Journeyman Carpentry Ticket
Drivers License, Class 5
Reliable Transportation
Own hand tools, belt and Steel Toe Boots/shoes

Physically Fit and Capable

Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

Salary/Pay Expectation: $40.00-$48.00/hr
Advantages after 6 months, project bonuses after 12 months.
