Salary: $120-$160K base salary, negotiable based on experience

On behalf of our client, we are offering an opportunity to join a growing group with extreme success working on local projects in the lower mainland.

Our client is well reputed among GCs and have an excellent track record in project quality and delivery. They are growing, offering advancement prospects and flat management structure with good natured and supportive leaders.

Our client would like to bring on a diligent, reliable and knowledgeable Civil Superintendent who is eager to grow with the company. This person will have robust communication skills and knowledge across civil infrastructure projects with excellent client management skills.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
A minimum of 10 years of combined industry experience, specifically within utility installation and earthworks or hybrid experience preferred.
Ability to lead and evaluate site performance is essential
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers,



clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders
Technical knowledge and project experience related to utility installation and earthworks on commercial/ industrial site development and/or road/highway construction
Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents
Ability to operate equipment as needed/if required
