Medical Clinic Assistant

Our very busy medical dermatology clinic is looking for a medical office assistant.

We strive are looking for an energetic, friendly, and passionate team member.

You should be able to work at the front desk and/or assist the physician during clinical duties.
We have a full time position available

We are looking for the following skills from the individuals:
Solid command of both spoken and written English (any second language would be an asset)
Strong Organizational Skills
Have a passion for providing a good patient experience
Be able to provide excellent support to all doctors and your colleagues as well
Be computer literate and willing to learn how to work with various office software including EMR - Accuro
Have valuable keyboarding skills and be quick and accurate (60WPM)
Our office is paperless and we are always striving to find new ways to do things better
Versatile, eager to learn, multi tasking, enjoy patients’ interactions, and strong interpersonal skills
Prepare to work undrer stress in a busy environment and be a teamworker

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
