We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and help ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Respond to emails and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
Assist with bookkeeping support, including invoice processing and expense tracking using QuickBooks (preferred).
Coordinate administrative tasks and maintain organized documentation.
Proofread correspondence and business documents for accuracy.
Support daily office operations and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.





Qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Robust computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing customer service via phone, email, or chat.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
Experience with CRM or project management software is an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$97,000.00 per year
