Responsibilities
Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supplies for meal service
Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
Support kitchen staff by handling food handling duties with care and adhering to safety protocols
Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables to keep the kitchen hygienic and organized




Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices
Help with restocking supplies and maintaining an orderly work setting during shifts

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Basic knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting moderate loads
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Positive communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, meal preparation, and kitchen operations
