Job Overview
A progressive , leading edge Storage Facility is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our location in Strathroy. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative, customer service, and property management skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations including addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests
Conduct property viewings and lease signings
Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease agreements
Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
Utilize database software for property management tasks
Develop professional relationship within the community to promote Facility- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed

Skills
Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong ability to organize files and perform data entry accurately,



experience with Microsoft Office and Database Software
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Knowledge of property management principles and practices
Familiarity with office operations and administrative tasks

-Skilled in negotiation techniques for lease agreements and vendor contracts

Flexibility to work weekends as required and a valid Drivers License a must!
