Responsibilities
Supervise daily classroom activities, ensuring they align with educational goals and safety standards
Support and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance on curriculum implementation and classroom management
Foster an inclusive workplace that accommodates children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health protocols, and safety procedures at all times
Coordinate special events,



activities, and outings that promote social-emotional development and learning
Monitor classroom environments for cleanliness, safety hazards, and appropriate materials to support early childhood education

Skills
Proven classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields
Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs
Strong teaching abilities with a focus on nurturing growth and curiosity
Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening
Knowledge of best practices in early childhood development and education standards
Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering collaboration and positive morale
