Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher at J&H; Builder’s Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in coordinating shipping and receiving activities, ensuring effective supply chain operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
Analyze incoming customer orders and coordinate timely shipments
Utilize transportation management systems to schedule deliveries and pickups
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate with freight carriers to schedule incoming shipments
Operate phone systems to communicate with drivers and vendors

Experience:
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics is preferred




Proficiency in data entry
Knowledge of transportation management systems is advantageous
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
