We are seeking a reliable Caretaker/Administrator to join the in office team at a residential building in West Vancouver. Working alongside a Building Manager, this role will provide a combination of resident service, administrative support, and day-to-day building operations.

Base salary ranging from $60,000-$65,000

Key Responsibilities
Work with the Building Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.
Act as a professional point of contact for residents, responding to questions and requests.
Assist with the coordination of maintenance requests, repairs, contractors, and service providers.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building facilities
Support move-in and move-out coordination, including elevator bookings and resident communications.
Maintain accurate building records, maintenance logs, work orders, and other documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks including invoices, purchase orders, correspondence, and filing.




Assist with maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented common areas and exterior spaces.
Assist the Building Manager with urgent maintenance issues and building emergencies when required.

The Successful Candidate:
Previous experience in building caretaking, property management, residential operations, or a similar environment.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a skilled and approachable manner.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and other basic computer applications.
Valuable communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
Previous experience working in a residential building or strata environment would be an asset.
