About the Role

Tonic Blooms is an online flower delivery company on a mission to bring the joy back to sending and receiving flowers. We’re lucky to be surrounded by beautiful flowers every day, and we also understand it’s demanding work. We take pride in every stem, every bouquet and every interaction. At scale, fulfillment is a fluid, deadline-driven operation: standards are high, priorities can shift quickly, and demand surges around major holidays.

Our Fulfillment Associates are the final touchpoint before our products leave the studio for delivery. You’ll quality-check, wrap, package and prepare each order so it arrives exactly as promised. In our warehouse-style studio environment, you’ll embrace the rhythm of production, the details that matter, and the satisfaction of seeing your team’s work in action, all while helping brighten someone’s day.

What You’ll Do
Accurately package bouquets and arrangements
Track, stock and process supplies
Participate in daily inventory counts
Keep the packing area tidy, sanitized and fulfillment-ready
Navigate Shopify, Google Docs and internal software to support daily workflow
Support the Production division as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Sweat the packaging details. Every order must be packaged consistently and be presentation-ready.
Bring initiative, problem-solving and professional communication — feedback is direct, respectful and helps everyone improve
Handle flowers and packaging with care, keeping quality high every time
Be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Be available for evenings, weekends and peak holidays when required, especially during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as other holidays throughout the year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
