Location: 340 Midpark Way SE Suite 320 Calgary AB
Type: Full Time - Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Help our clients with accuracy, thoroughness, & "wow factor" service.
Direct all incoming calls appropriately.
Complete daily administrative tasks such as billing, claims connections, annual review emails, etc.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly servicing for existing clients personal lines insurance plans (auto and property insurance servicing).





Requirements:
1 year experience in reception/administrative work (required)
General Level 1 Insurance License -(preferred/ability to attain)
Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
Robust organizational skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
Diligent and hardworking
Proactive in problem solving

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Calgary AB, this is not a remote role.
