Interlock Crew Member – Pavers & Hardscaping (Ottawa)

Green Works Contracting is looking for reliable, hard-working crew members to join our interlock and hardscaping team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building high-quality projects, and want to grow in the landscaping industry—this is a excellent opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing
Install interlock stone, pavers, and retaining walls
Perform site prep: excavation, grading, base prep, and compaction
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Operate compactors and small machinery
Keep job sites clean, organized, and secure
Follow safety standards and work as part of a team

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience with interlock, pavers, or hardscaping
Experience with landscaping equipment (compactors, skid steer, etc.) is an asset
Ability to follow project plans and installation specs
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team player with a positive attitude
