We are seeking a friendly and professional Full time Cashier with Customer Service experience to join our team at Hello Pharmacy, Tofino!

This position offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment.

Perform Cashier, Customer Service duties, including, but not limited to:
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product information and support.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system across multiple departments.
Assist with inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise.
Maintain attractive and organized product displays to ensure the store is well merchandised and visually appealing.
Support daily store operations by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Perform general housekeeping duties, including tidying shelves, workstations, and customer areas.




Collaborate with pharmacy and retail team members to create a positive and seamless customer experience.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards at all times.

Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, cashiering preferred
Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours including weekends if required

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
