Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation by chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients to support chefs and cooks
Support cooking processes by preparing basic dishes and ensuring ingredients are ready for assembly
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, following all health regulations and protocols
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness in line with food handling guidelines
Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers or front-of-house staff, supporting a positive dining experience
Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and smooth kitchen operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory, we will provide training after hired; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices
Ability to support meal preparation and cooking tasks in a quick-paced setting
Robust understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles
Basic kitchen experience including familiarity with cleaning routines and food safety protocols
