Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in electrical systems. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to effectively use power and hand tools. The Journeyperson / Apprentice Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete electrical installations and repairs.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.




Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks.

Qualifications
Valid Electrician license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as an electrician
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety practices.
Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools related to electrical work.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
