Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Assist with food handling and basic food preparation to support kitchen operations when needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced environment
Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or guest services is highly desirable
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, upselling, and restaurant operations
