Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the cleanliness of an industrial dishwasher
Clean all pots/dishes, safely put dishes away
Ensure continual maintenance of the dishwashing machine
Ensure proper garbage disposal
Ensure proper handling of dishes to avoid breakage and soiling
Complete cleaning checklists
Restock items as needed
Ensure the garbage has been taken out and bins cleaned thoroughly
Help with Minor prep (cut fries, etc… )




Clean section and help kitchen staff for end of night cleaning/breakdown
Help with additional tasks, as required and assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements :
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Positive organization, coordination, and multi-tasking
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Positive attitude with a team mindset
Physically able to lift, reach, bend, stoop.
