Responsibilities
Must be very familiar with Ontario curriculum in English and French for High school.
Bachelor Degree is required
Fluency in English
Have a good patient to teach students
solid communication skills and have good customer service
Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s learning style and academic requirements
Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill development
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and motivation
Utilize classroom experience and teaching techniques to enhance understanding of complex concepts
Incorporate computer skills and educational technology into tutoring sessions when appropriate
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding student progress and needs
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance

Experience
Proven experience in teaching French at various levels,



including beginner to advanced proficiency.
Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to different age groups and learning objectives.
Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote engagement and discipline.
Experience working with children or students with special education needs is highly desirable.
Knowledge of literacy education principles and early childhood education best practices.
