Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch.

Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and medical histories to determine appropriate massage techniques.
Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities as required.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns during sessions.
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Document client sessions accurately, including treatment plans and progress notes using appropriate medical terminology.




Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals through outstanding customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.

Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid state license or certification.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and comfort during treatments.
Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication within the healthcare setting.
