Liberty Kitchen is getting ready to open its doors in Courtenay, and we're looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our opening team.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our vibrant team in delivering exceptional food experiences at our BRAND CURRENT restaurant coming to Courtenay. Back of House team members play a vital role in ensuring every dish meets our standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of cooking/line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
Robust knowledge of food, food safety, proper food handling, and line execution
Experience using QSR or related computerized chit systems
Outstanding teamwork and communication
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods




Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
