Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Youth Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching first aid and CPR courses to individuals of various ages. This role requires a passion for education, solid communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning workplace.

Key Duties

As a certified instructor, your responsibilities will include:
Assess students' understanding of the material through practical demonstrations and written evaluations.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid protocols and emergency response techniques.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and engagement.
Provide feedback and support to students, helping them improve their skills and confidence.
Collaborate with other instructors to enhance course offerings and share best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards during training sessions.

Required Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who also hold one or more of the following:
Red Cross Youth Leader Certification
Red Cross Standard First Aid Certification

Training will be provided, weekday & weekend availability is required.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
