Duties
Greet guests warmly and take their food and drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
Prepare and serve beverages accurately, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
Handle cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management
Restock supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for busy service periods

Requirements




Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in a bar or hospitality setting
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for cashiering and order processing
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, making change, and tallying orders accurately
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding legal alcohol service regulations
Basic food industry knowledge to ensure quality service standards are met
