Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook & Food Truck associate to join our dynamic food truck & catering team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by preparing high-quality items and supporting the overall food service process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and delivering excellent customer experiences through exceptional meal preparation.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation for various menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
Cook items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including washing, peeling, chopping, and storing ingredients properly.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working setting.
Assist with plating and presentation of menu to meet company standards.
Support the kitchen & food truck team during busy periods to ensure timely service.
Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.




Adhere to all health regulations and safety procedures during food handling and preparation.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is necessary especially in food preparation or cooking roles.
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary fundamentals.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from chefs or kitchen managers.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
A passion for food industry standards and delivering quality dining experiences. Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
