We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Team Lead to join our field sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for making your own sales while leading and supporting a team of 4–5 sales representatives.

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4–5 field sales representatives
Generate your own sales while managing your assigned team
Coach team members to improve their sales performance
Set daily goals and help the team achieve targets
Lead by example and maintain a positive, qualified attitude
Track team performance and provide ongoing feedback
Work in the field alongside your team

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of face-to-face sales experience
Previous leadership or team-lead experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust work ethic and a positive attitude
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented




Comfortable working in a fast-paced field sales environment
Ability to motivate and manage a team while continuing to sell personally

Compensation

Probation Period: Commission-only compensation while you demonstrate your sales and leadership abilities.

After Probation: A base salary option will be available, along with continued sales incentives/commission prospects.
