COOK/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Based at Fort McMurray 468 First Nation, we are a high-traffic, rapid food restaurant providing services to our customers. Reporting to the Manager, our Cook/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customers with skilled, efficient and friendly service. The individual in this position must be able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
Keeping the food prep area clean and protected for food
Work with the fryer and grill to prepare food items
Preparing produce
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen area
Provide fast accurate orders using POS ordering software
Cleaning and maintaining front counter and dining areas
Maintain a clean,



safe, and well stocked environment
Assemble food items for packaging or serving.

Requirements:
Protected food handling certification is an asset
Class 5 Alberta driver’s license is an asset
Have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Have strong customer service skills, attentiveness, and patience for customers
Have a willingness to learn and try recent things
Are responsible, trustworthy, and punctual
Willing to work all required shifts (morning, evenings and weekends)
Multi-task efficiently in a Fast-paced environment
Must have basic math & English communication skills
Able to lift heavy items, and able to work on your feet for most of your shift
Enjoy working in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
