Just Like Family is currently looking for both full and part time Caregivers who have experience with dementia and complex care to join our team. Priority consideration will be given to applicants with a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

Applicants must be willing and able to travel to and service clients in White Rock, Surrey and Langley including Aldergrove.

Our services include a combination of personal care and companionship. We are currently hiring for clients who have complex needs, therefore previous experience is needed. We offer training and support for all our new team members to make sure that they are comfortable and have what they need to succeed.

Core Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility support.
Prepare meals inline with dietary restrictions and assist with feeding as needed.
Provide social interaction, emotional support and companionship to enhance their well-being.




Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying rooms to maintain a clean and protected workplace.
Observe and document changes in physical or emotional conditions and report as needed.
