Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring prompt and courteous service
Serve food and beverages in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed during busy periods
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest services
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction




Follow all food handling procedures and restaurant policies to uphold high standards of hospitality

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order management
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Familiarity with food industry standards, serving protocols, and hospitality principles
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
