We are seeking an experienced Epoxy Flooring Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for concrete surface preparation, concrete repair, crack injection, and installation of high-performance epoxy and polyurethane flooring and containment systems on industrial and commercial projects throughout Central Alberta.
This is a hands-on position for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, work safely, and have experience with specialty coatings and concrete restoration.
Duties
Concrete grinding, scarifying, and surface preparation
Abrasive blasting and coating removal
Installation of dust containment and hoarding systems
Epoxy crack injection and structural concrete repairs
Concrete patching and restoration
Application of epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic, and elastomeric coating systems
Installation of chemical-resistant flooring and secondary containment systems
Broadcast and application of anti-slip aggregates
Coating inspections, holiday testing, and thickness verification
Site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
Adherence to project specifications and safety procedures
Experience
Experience with epoxy flooring or industrial coatings
Knowledge of concrete preparation and repair techniques
Ability to operate grinders, mixers, and coating equipment
Valid Driver's Licence
Reliable transportation
Solid attention to detail
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing demanding work
Assets
