This senior leadership position involves managing operational effectiveness and financial performance within the Business Center. Reporting to the Regional Business Leader, you will focus on enhancing employee engagement and managing resources to meet workload demands.

You’ll work in partnership with the Business Center Practice Leader to align on business strategies and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze monthly financial statements and implement actions




Drive annual budgeting and resource allocation processes
Identify and address underperformance in operations
Collaborate across departments to optimize utilization rates

Requirements:
10 years of leadership experience with a Bachelor's degree
Expertise in financial and operational management
Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations
Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities
