Minii Goods is a curated lifestyle store bringing together things we love from Japan and across Asia. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Sales Associates to join our team and help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service
Learn about our products and confidently answer customer questions
Help customers find products based on their needs and interests
Stay informed about current products, promotions, and updates
Process customer transactions accurately
Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Restock shelves and maintain organized storage areas
Ensure products are properly priced, labelled, and presented
Support store opening, closing, and daily setup
Keep the sales floor, shelves, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
Help create a visually appealing and enjoyable shopping environment
Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
A deep enthusiasm for the Japanese & Asian products, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge,



and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, combined with great communication and interpersonal skill
Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
Solid problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs and inventory needs change
Adheres to company policies and maintains compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols
Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs for extended periods of time, and ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
Comfortable using ladders or step stools to climb and access higher shelves or stock
