Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a seamless arrival experience
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently to optimize clinic flow
Prepare examination rooms, assist healthcare providers during patient assessments, and handle medical documentation accurately
Maintain comprehensive patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
Support patient care by providing clear instructions, answering questions,



and addressing concerns with professionalism and compassion
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate services

Qualifications
Prior experience with 3rd Party billing, Universal software and HCAI are highly preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
Demonstrated commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team workplace
