Our dynamic, experienced team has an opening for a CONTRACTOR SALES ASSOCIATE.

OBJECTIVE

The Contractor Salesperson will sell lumber and building materials as a member of our order desk and estimating team.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The salesperson will develop a professional relationship with our customers. Take customer orders in person, over the phone and via email while having the ability to explain product perks, convey product knowledge and provide material estimates.

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to work co-operatively in team atmosphere.
Previous training in estimating and blueprint reading is an asset.




Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, management, and colleagues.
Effectively operate within a POS/Inventory management software and MS Office.
Contractor Sales in the Residential/Commercial Building Industry is considered an asset.
3+ years’ experience in the field would be preferred, but qualified candidates with less experience will be considered.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
