Division: COWS Ice Cream

Summary of Position:

This person is responsible for providing “COWS World Class Service” to our customers. This person is also accountable for the day to day operations of the counter, and for being a team player.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Performing World Class Service
Greeting and serving ice cream customers
Preparation of all menu items
Preparation of cone batter, waffle cones and dishes
Replenishing paper supplies and syrup toppings
Handling cash – making change
Maintaining the fresh dairy clean atmosphere of the COWS store
Maintaining a clean fresh personal appearance at all times
Other duties as assigned by a Supervisor / Manage

Qualifications:




Has high energy, a warm pleasant attitude, outgoing, and is a team player
Displays valuable communication skills, formally & informally
Has valuable organizational skills
Is adaptable
Has a sense of humor
Has a competitive spirit

Physical Requirements:
Repetitive tasks, specifically in the wrists
Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
Standing for the duration of the shift

Other Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Consent from a parent if the applicant is under the age of 16
Availability from mid-June to early September
