YORAMEN is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Uptown Saint John serving ramen, abura soba, donburi, and other Japanese-inspired dishes.

We are hiring a reliable Full-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Position Details
Role: Line Cook
Hours: 30–40 hrs/week
Type: Full time
Pay: $17–$20/hr (based on experience)
Location: Uptown Saint John, NB

Responsibilities
Cook menu items following YORAMEN standards
Work the line during busy service
Prep food and set up stations daily
Maintain quality, portioning, and presentation
Keep kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
Follow food safety and sanitation rules
Assist with opening/closing duties
Work closely with kitchen and FOH team

Requirements
Previous restaurant/commercial kitchen experience preferred
Able to work in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, team-oriented, and responsible
Comfortable with general kitchen duties (prep, cooking, cleaning)




Available 30–40 hrs/week, including evenings/weekends
Asian/Japanese cuisine experience is an asset (not required)
Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Filipino language skills are an asset
