We're hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team of technicians in a complex operation. This isn't a desk job. We're looking for someone who knows what valuable work looks like, can earn the respect of tradespeople, and isn't afraid to make decisions.

Ideal backgrounds:
HVAC
Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Millwright
Construction or industrial maintenance

You'll succeed if you:
Have robust leadership skills.
Communicate professionally.
Put safety first.
Enjoy solving problems.
Can balance the big picture with the day-to-day.
